Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We specialise in premium equestrian products including, but not limited to:
- Treeless saddles
- Flexible saddles
- Bitless bridles
- Saddle pads
- Bareback pads
- Reindeer hide products
- Saddle accessories
- Riding equipment
Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication.
However, manufacturers may alter specifications without notice.
4. Natural Products
Some products sold by Pure Equine Balance are made from natural materials including leather, wool, sheepskin and genuine reindeer hide.
As these are natural products:
- Colour variations are normal.
- Size and shape may vary.
- Natural markings and repairs may be present.
- Hair density may vary.
- Genuine reindeer hides naturally shed hair over time.
These natural characteristics are not considered faults or defects.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance.
Orders are accepted only once payment has been received and we have confirmed your order.
We reserve the right to:
- decline any order
- cancel an order
- limit purchase quantities
where reasonably necessary.
7. Payment
Payment must be received before products are dispatched.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including WooCommerce-supported payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal (where available).
Pure Equine Balance does not store your complete credit card details.
8. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are manufactured specifically for each customer.
These products include many saddles, bridles and selected accessories.
Manufacturing times shown on product pages are estimates only.
Once manufacture has commenced, made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
9. Shipping
Shipping times shown on the website are estimates only.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by manufacturers, freight providers, customs, weather or other events beyond our control may occur.
Pure Equine Balance is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left our premises.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

11. Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their horse and intended use.
While we are happy to provide general guidance, we cannot guarantee that any saddle, saddle pad, bitless bridle or accessory will be suitable for every horse or rider.
Horses vary considerably in conformation, musculature, behaviour and movement.
Products should be fitted and used correctly, and their fit should be assessed regularly.

Product descriptions, educational material and research references are provided for informational purposes.
Individual results will vary depending on factors including:
- horse conformation
- rider balance

- veterinary health
No product can guarantee improvements in comfort, performance, behaviour or movement.
