Pure Equine Balance was created from a passion for supporting horses physically, internally, and emotionally. We believe that comfort, movement, and connection should sit at the heart of every partnership between horse and rider.
Our aim is to help horse owners find tack that supports balance, freedom of movement and a genuine connection between horse and rider. We believe every horse is an individual, and that correct fit, thoughtful design, and a deeper understanding of the horse’s body are essential for long term wellbeing, comfort, and performance.

Our Journey
Pure Equine Balance was created through many years working within equine wellness and developing a deeper understanding of how closely biomechanics and internal health are connected. Throughout my work with horses, I consistently found that thoughtful tack and correct nutrition often go hand in hand. The way a horse moves, carries itself, and feels under saddle can be influenced not only by saddle fit and rider balance, but also by factors such as muscular development, mineral balance, posture, and overall wellbeing.
Over the years, I developed a strong interest in tack designed to support natural movement and freedom through the back and shoulders, particularly for horses that can be more challenging to fit, such as broad horses, short-backed horses, sensitive horses, and horses with large shoulder movement. After exploring many different approaches and saddle brands over more than a decade, my search eventually led me to OPUX and TAUR — Swedish designed treeless and flexible saddles created with a strong focus on adaptability, balance, and equine comfort.
Pure Equine Balance was created to bring these worlds together — a space where horse owners can access carefully selected tack, nutritional support, and practical guidance to help their horses feel, move, and perform at their best.
