Western Saddle Pad combines the natural comfort of premium Merino sheepskin with a practical shim system, making it an excellent choice for horses that benefit from customised support and pressure distribution. Anatomically shaped to follow your horse’s back, it provides excellent spinal clearance while helping to promote comfort and freedom of movement under your Western saddle.
The underside is lined with 30mm genuine Merino sheepskin, renowned for its exceptional cushioning, breathability and temperature-regulating properties. The wool fibres help wick away moisture, reduce friction and distribute pressure more evenly, making this pad ideal for long hours in the saddle and horses with sensitive backs.
Three integrated shim pockets allow you to fine-tune saddle balance and accommodate changes in your horse’s shape, muscle development or saddle fit. The included felt inlays can be adjusted or removed as required, offering a versatile solution for achieving a more balanced fit.
Constructed from durable quilted cotton with reinforced wear protection in high-friction areas, this saddle pad is designed to withstand regular use while maintaining its shape and performance.
