The F.R.A. Treeless Merino Wool Saddle Pad Extra has been specifically designed to complement treeless and flexible saddles, combining natural comfort with effective pressure distribution and saddle stability.
Anatomically shaped to follow the horse’s natural topline, the pad features a generous spinal channel to help keep pressure away from the spine while allowing unrestricted movement through the back. The underside is lined with luxurious 30 mm Merino wool, prized for its exceptional cushioning, breathability, moisture-wicking properties and natural temperature regulation. Soft against the horse’s skin, Merino wool helps minimise friction and is ideal for horses with sensitive skin.
Included with the saddle pad are 10 mm felt inserts, which sit within the internal pockets to provide additional support and assist with weight distribution. The inserts can also be removed or replaced with alternative shims if required, allowing the saddle fit to be fine-tuned for individual horses.
